When I was in Vietnam, I visited a market where people were selling products. Many of these people looked unhappy and it broke my heart when I had to turn down offers or even bargain. Although this doesn’t talk about charity I feel like this is an important topic to bring up. People around the world are not as lucky as you. You have the money to be on a device reading this. When I visited Vietnam it really showed me parts of the world I don’t live in. I am a lucky child and I want to always give back yet sometimes it is not possible. I got to catch fish in ponds and make baskets and although I wasn’t doing any “rich” adventures, Vietnam has stolen my heart. It doesn’t matter the cost of an activity, cost is worth nothing. It’s the experience and what you take away. After Vietnam I was a much more compassionate person and I am forever in it’s debt.
